JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager, Cuater is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and plans for travisMathew’s Cuater division. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Director, Marketing and key internal stakeholders to execute major marketing plans, projects and tasks specific to Cuater
  • Develop brand marketing plans to engage new and existing consumers
  • Develop strategic marketing plans for new product collections and launches
  • Manage the creative direction for seasonal themes, campaigns and photo shoots
  • Partner with Design and Sales Teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency
  • Oversee the creation, curation and management of content published via Cuater’s social media channels and website
  • Create and distribute marketing plans and reports relative to email marketing, online advertising and social media
  • Develop and sustain brand partnerships / relationships with athletes, collaborators and influencers
  • Develop target lists and go forward plans to attain new athletes, collaborators and influencers
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to maintain and update the visual aspects and copy of Cuater product / branding
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to develop and produce brand fixtures, displays, signage and promo items

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong creative leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
  • Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Project Management
  • 6-8 years’ experience in a Marketing capacity; relevant apparel and lifestyle brands a plus
