The Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting performance of TravisMathew’s sales channels. This includes processing large and varied amounts of data and creating data models for presentation to cross functional teams. This individual is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with the customers and products related to their applicable categories and maintain forecast models based on information obtained from Sales, Marketing, Finance and other sources. Additionally, the Sales Analyst is responsible for recognizing trends or patterns and adjusting forecasts using quantitative and qualitative data. 

Essential Functions:

  • Apply financial and data analysis skills to create highly impactful operational models for key areas of the business, including analysis on sales performance, expenses tracking, and operational efficiency
  • Work independently to analyze on-going performance of various sales channels and order patterns to understand the important drivers in the business
  • Monitor revenue performance against budget, analyze trend compared to prior year (pace), and work with various sales teams to maintain an accurate forecast of revenue based on prevailing trends
  • Utilize appropriate analytical reports and tools to provide daily support to the Sales Team
  • Develop analytic tools and ad hoc reports to support Sales Teams
  • Validate and process large and varied amounts of data and provide a detailed analysis with actionable feedback to the Planning and Sales Teams
  • Develop, maintain and analyze sales programs metrics and communicate action items to sales team
  • Monitor and audit sales data for accuracy and completeness
  • Build and maintain models to support decision making with regards to planning, budgeting, forecasting for channel and personnel growth   


  • Bachelor’s Degree, finance and/or business preferred
  • 2-3 years of applicable analytical experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including modeling, statistics, pivots and power query
  • Proficient in Microsoft BI
  • Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Full Circle and SAP
  • Experience working with databases and retrieving/compiling information form information systems
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with problem solving abilities
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
  • Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
