The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation of social media strategies and deploying content across TravisMathew social channels to develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. Additionally, the Social Media Coordinator will work with the content team to create original marketing content and copy. 

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media and influencer strategies
  • Assist in developing social media and influencer campaigns
  • Assist in recruiting and securing social media influencers to promote the brand
  • Develop and maintain weekly social media and influencer schedule across all channels
  • Partner with internal graphics department to develop assets for social platforms
  • Monitor and track performance metrics
  • Monitor conversations across all social media platforms and interact with audience when appropriate
  • Develop relationships with partners to generate relevant social media content
  • Manage social media contests and fulfillment to increase email acquisition
  • Develop copy for company correspondence and website
  • Collaborate with content team to create a variety of product and marketing videos
  • Assist with development of creative concepts for content marketing initiatives
  • Assist with facilitating product shipments for influencers and contest winners


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Digital Media or Marketing
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing or Social Media
  • Proficient in copywriting
  • Knowledge of social networks, online communities in lifestyle brands, content management systems, image editing programs and relevant mobile applications
  • Knowledge of copy development including social media, web banners, catalog copy, blog posts, email marketing, online advertising and web site content
  • Knowledge of social influencer marketing and influencer agencies/platforms
